2 Days 1 Night Tree House Chiang Dao Homestay + E-co Trek and Sticky waterfall. 

             Tree House Chiang Dao Home stay in the Jungle of Chiang Dao Area with e-co trek through the forest to the waterfall,having a rest for a while and taking herbal steam sauna in local Thai style with Thai Local herbal which is good for blood circulation as well as stop rash and spot on the skin, Traditional Thai Massage, home made food and over night at Tree House Chiang Dao Home stay.

Itinerary.

 

Day 1 Trekking to Waterfall + Traditional Thai Massage + Tree House Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai.

 

8:00 am.  Pick up from your hotel lobby by our staff and get ready for heading north of Chiang Mai to Chiang Dao area. It takes about an hour and a half to get there.

 

9:30 am.  Arrive at the Tree House, the lovely accommodation among the forest area. Bring you stuff to the room and rest for a bit. Then start the trek from the Tree house into the forest. Walking through the village, see the villagers doing their housework and their homemade fermented tea leaves. ( This depending on the season as well) For the trek, we are going to have the local villager as our leader to lead us through their community. During the walk, passing the houses and the boarding school for the orphanage hilltribes kids who live and take care each other as brothers sisters. Also the support from the villagers. 

 

10:00 am.  Leaving the boarding school and starts to go into the forest. See the lovely scenic of the forest along the walk way to the waterfall.

 

11:00 am.  Arrive  at the waterfall, it's time for you to swim and relax after the first part of the trek. While you swim and relax, our guide is going to prepare lunch for you.

 

12:00 am.  Lunch time.

 

01:00 pm.  Continue the second part of the trek back to the village. Walking in the shading tree and lovely atmosphere again.

 

03:30 pm.  Arrive back to Tree House again and have a rest. Then it's time for Thai massage by the villager for an hour which you could sleep and realx.

 

05:00 pm.  Leisure time for you to be your own privacy.

 

06:00 pm.  Dinner time

Day 2 Tree house + Chiang Dao Cave + Baan Den Temple + Sticky waterfall

 

08:00 am.  Breakfast at Tree House Home stay living room and relax before check out from Chiang Dao Tree House.

 

09:30 am.  Check out and leave Chiang Dao Tree House Home stay to Chiang Dao cave.

 

10:45 am.  Arrive at Chiang Dao cave, time to explore the cave where once was the rest area for the Burmese soldiers (Soldiers from Myanmar) before attacking Chiang Mai. Feeding the fish in front of the cave and explore inside the cave. Use your imagination to guest the shape of the stalactite and stalacmite what they look like.

 

12:00 am.  Lunch in front of the restaurant.

 

02:00 pm.  Continue the trip for Pha Plong Temple cave and meditation place. Peaceful in the forest area, walking on the stairs case to the temple over 500s step.( No worried. It isn't steep walking way). At the Pha Plong temple, you could walk around and spend your time listen to the tree taking to each other, bird singing and the whisper of the wind. Meditation for a bit is good for your mind and body. Enjoy walking and taking some photos. 

03:30 pm. Visit Baan Den Temple with the wooden teak building decorated with the Thai art stucco and sculpture. 

04:00 pm. Relax & enjoy at Sticky waterfall. Natural limestone waterfell which you could walk up to the bottom to the top

 

05:00 pm.  Head back to Chiang Mai city and drop off at your hotel.

Weather  tips!

 

November - February.

                   During the winter in Thailand, the temperature is between 5 - 12 degrees Celsius / 41 - 54 degrees Fahrenheit. You should come prepared with appropriate clothing. This is the best time for traveling in Thailand, due to the nice and cool weather. The landscape is covered with blooming flowers and lush vegetation which makes the bio diversity of birds and wildlife plentiful.

 

March - May.

                  This is summer time, the temperature is between 28 - 33 degree Celsius / 82 - 91 degrees Fahrenheit. The hottest time of the year is April, when temperatures can reach as high as 43 degree Celsius / 109 degrees Fahrenheit. Bring something light and thin to wear. Hat, sun glasses and sunscreen is recommended.

 

June - October.

                  This is the rainy season, the temperature is between 18 - 25 degree Celsius / 64 -77 degrees Fahrenheit. An umbrella or rain coat are recommended. Flip flops or thongs are the best shoes to wear during these months.
