Itinerary
Day 1 Pick up from Chiang Mai International Airport and Cooking class.
Late in the afternoon, pick up will be made at 4:00 pm for the evening cooking class. Learning by doing. Cooking Thai food is fun. During the class , you can choose 5 dishes of food and no need to be the same dishes which you can try different dishes while you are cooking.

Day 2 Full Day Elephant training Program
Pick up from the hotel for the program called " Elephant Training " . After your arrival, changing your clothes to the mahout clothes and keep you dry and clean one at the end of the day. Then start the introduction of the information of Thai elephants , their life style and behavior. Feeding the elephant is part of the program, you will feed them with the banana and sugar cane as well as learning the basic commands for the elephants. You will be trained to ride the bare back on the elephant ‘s neck by using many different techniques with spoken commands for the elephant. Lunch and starting bare back riding and control the elephant through the jungle . After the bare back riding , it ‘s time to bath and brush your elephant. Of course, the swimming time! After the elephant bathing and have a rest for a bit. It’s the time to say good bye to your elephant and heading back to Chiang Mai.

Day 3 Mae Sa Elephant show – Orchids and butterfly farm – Lunch at the Tiger Kingdom – Handicraft Village and Doi Suthep Temple.
Pick up from the hotel to Mae Sa Elephant camp for the elephant show. See many different skills from the elephants and the mahout such as dancing , playing football ,logging and the most incredible painting by the elephants which you have to prove by yourself. After the show heading to the orchid and butterfly farm , see the beautiful orchids which blooming all year round and the butterflies. Then having lunch at the restaurant in The Tiger Kingdom
( Remark!! At the Tiger Kingdom, if you wish to play with the tigers, you can pay the entrance fee ticket by yourself. The price are varies depending of the size of the tigers you are going to play with. Our guide and driver will wait for you)
After the Tiger Kingdom, visit the handicraft Village where once it used to be the small village which produced the stuff for only the daily life. After 1987, the government found out that they produced high quality products so better to opened for the people from outside to come to visit the village and it’s also the opportunity for the locals to get their income as well. Now a day, Sankampang is well known for all the people for the high quality products for the people to buy and bring back as the presents and the souvenirs. Here you can see how the locals produce Thai Silk weaving , Silver Making , Lacquer ware making , Saa paper and umbrella making , wood carving and Gems stones design jewelly. After the handicraft place, visit Doi Suthep Temple , the most famous temple in Chiang Mai as the symbol of Chiang Mai with 306 steps to climb. You can also use the funicular up and down to the temple instead of walking up. In the temple area , you can see the most beautiful golden dented corner pagoda in Lanna Thai Stlye as well as many beautiful Buddha images all around the main building. From the balcony, you can see the lovely view of Chiang Mai City and feel the cool breeze against your face. After finish from the temple, heading back to the hotel.

Day 4 Chiang Mai - Mork Fah waterfall - Geysey - Pai
Pick up from the hotel in Chiang Mai and depart from Chiang Mai to Pai. On the way stop at Mark Fah Waterfall, see the lovely nature on the walk way inside the waterfall and the spray of fresh water against your face. Here you can swim if you wish to. After leaving from the waterfall having lunch in the local restaurant and continue to Pong Dued Hot Spring, unlike the other hot spring that are the hot pool type, Pong Dued is a Geysey that is usually of very high temperature and pressure. The surface temperature of the geysey is between 90-99 degree Celsius that of the underground water is between 170 – 203 degree Celsius. Here we do have the warm open pool for you to swim as well. From Pong Dued , continue to Mae Yen Temple in Pai for the beautiful sunset before checking in the hotel and overnight in Pai.

Check out and leaving Pai to Mae Hongsorn province. On the way , stop at Nam Hoo Temple , the small temple which you can see the principle Buddha Image of the temple with the water from inside his head although the monk has drained the water out form his head. The locals said it ‘s a holy water from the Lord Buddha . The visit “ Santichol” , the small Chinese community who still keep their own tradition and the way of life. After that visit Lod Cave with 3 chambers of the pillars cave , Dolls cave and the coffin cave . You can see the stalagmite and stalagtite in different shape and form. To get inside the cave , we are going to take the bamboo rafting through the cave area . While rafting inside the cave , you can see the Soro Brook Carp Fish swim by for you to feed them the food. From Lod Cave and continue to the Fish cave where you can see hundreds of “Pluang Fish” or “Soro Broook Carp” live in the fresh clear water from the cave, lunch in the local restaurant .After lunch, heading to Mae Hongsorn , then take a long tail boat on Salawin River to the Long Neck Village at Ban Nam Piang Din near by Thailand - Myanmar border. Along the river , see the lovely scenery view and local people life who live alongside of the river.At the long neck village, see the incredible length of the ladies’ necks just to be the most beautiful lady in her village. You can even try and feel the weights of the rings around the necks. The longest can carry all together about 5 kilograms on her shoulders and 1 kilogram on each legs. After that return back to Mae Hongsorn for checking in the hotel and overnight in Mae Hongsorn.

Check out and leaving the hotel to Mae Hongsorn , see Wat Pra That Doi Kong Moo , the most important temple for the locals in Mae Hongsorn with the Burmese art influence due to Mae Hongsorn is Thailand and Myanmar Border. After the temple , continue the road called Mae Na Jorn - Mea Cham to Khun Yaum and Doi Inthanont National Park with the highest peak of Thailand. Visit the twin pagodas of the King and the Queen of Thailand on the top of the mountain . See the panoramic view of the beautiful landscape .Then heading to Wachirathan Waterfall , the most waterfall in the national park area which has the water runs all year round before heading back to the hotel in Chiang Mai.

Weather tips!
November – February
It's the winter time in Thailand, the temperature is between 5 - 12 degree Celsius . You should keep yourself warm with the jackets or sweater and pants. This kind of weather is the best time for traveling in Thailand, due to the nice and cool weather with the blooming flowers, green plants as well as the bio diversities of birds and wildlife.
June - October
It’s wet season or rainy season, the temperature is between 18 – 25 degree Celsius. Travelling during this time of the year , please provide the umbrella or rain coat with you. Flip flops or tongs are the best to go around when there’s rain or some paddles area.
March - May
It's summer time, the temperature is between 28 – 33 degree Celsius. The hottest time of the year is mid of April during 13 - 15 th which can be 40 – 43 degree Celsius. Wearing something light and thin fabric is the best to cool down from the heat. You can also wear T-shirt and shorts. Hat /cap , Sun glasses and sun cream is needed.
