The round wooden tray with a stand underneath come with variety of Northern Thai dishes which is now rare for the people to see. Leave the hotel for this very special dinner. Try the Northern local Thai food such as Nam Prik Oong, mince pork with tomatoes and chilli dipping sauce. Nam Prik Noom green chilli dipping sauce. Kab Moo, fried pork skin or people used to call it Chicharon Mee Wan sweet and sour fried noodles with tamarind syrup and more.
Enjoy with the beautiful and graceful Thai dancing which are related to the local life style of the people such as The Finger nails dance from Choa Dararassamee, the lady consort of King Rama the 5th which Chiang Mai girls still practicing in the school. It is used to greet the King Royal family and the very important person like you. The Tee Dance or The Umbrella Dance that show how beautiful northern Thai Ladies are. Klong Sa Bud Chai Dance or The Victory Drum which is used to cheer up the warriors before going out for the battle. You can feel your heart beat during the show. Ha Nu Maan and Suwannamajcha which is part of The Ramayana story that related to the god and the demon. The story’s very famous and well known for people in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Indonesia .
